Your way of life and your eating habits have a major influence on your body's physique. Yet there are some other factors who play a part as well. An important factor is f.i. the genetical part. We distinguish three types of body: ectomorph, mesomorph and endomorph.
An ectomorph type is quite tall and thin and is small-boned. Compared to the upper body, the legs, arms and fingers are quite long. People with this type of body won't have to do a lot to get thin. They have to work really hard though if their objective is to get bigger and stronger. Eating a lot will be needed too.
A mesomorph type generally has more developed muscles and is slightly smaller. People with this type of body can build up muscles very easily. Yet if they don't work out, they tend to get overweight.
The endomorph type is bigger than previous types and have big bones. A lot of fat gets stuck on their body and they tend to get overweight really fast. Therefore they have to work out really hard. On the other hand, they can develop a lot of muscles in a short amount of time. Sometimes these people become an example for others.
Most people are a mix of two types. Each type has its advantages.
